These Terms of Service explain the basic terms for using language-monk.com and for working with Language Monk LLC. By using this website, booking a call, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
Language Monk provides online language coaching, placement/check-ins, 60-minute lessons, guided speaking practice, homework, correction, music-based immersion, and study-roadmap support. Specific plan details, schedule, teacher assignment, and payment terms are confirmed before a student starts.
Language progress depends on attendance, effort, consistency, level, outside study, and personal learning pace. Language Monk provides structure, coaching, and support, but we do not guarantee fluency by a specific date.
Students are responsible for attending scheduled lessons on time. Rescheduling options, cancellation windows, and missed-session rules are explained before payment and may vary by plan, teacher availability, and written agreement.
Payment is completed only after the student receives the correct plan information. Prices, billing cycles, and included sessions are shown on the pricing page or confirmed directly in writing before the student begins.
Students are expected to treat teachers, staff, and other students respectfully. Language Monk may refuse or discontinue service for abusive behavior, harassment, fraud, repeated missed sessions, or misuse of the learning environment.
Lesson materials, class notes, homework templates, study plans, and Language Monk resources are for personal learning use only. They may not be copied, resold, republished, or used to create a competing service without written permission.
The site may use third-party services such as Calendly, Formspree, YouTube, payment processors, or video-call tools. Use of those tools may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Language Monk may update these terms as the business grows. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
