This policy explains the general refund and cancellation approach for Language Monk LLC. Final plan details are confirmed before payment so students understand what they are buying before they begin.
Language Monk starts with a free Spanish plan call or check-in whenever possible. The goal is to confirm the student’s level, goals, schedule, and best plan before any payment is made.
All standard Language Monk lessons are 60 minutes unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Because lessons reserve teacher time, students should request cancellations or rescheduling as early as possible. Specific cancellation windows and rescheduling rules are confirmed before payment or in the student’s onboarding information.
Missed lessons may not be refundable if the teacher reserved the time and the student did not attend or did not cancel within the agreed window. Language Monk may review unusual emergencies case by case.
Because lessons involve teacher scheduling and reserved time, refund eligibility may depend on whether sessions have already been scheduled, delivered, missed, prepared, or reserved with a teacher. You will see the relevant cancellation and refund terms before paying. Unused sessions may be reviewed case by case according to the plan terms confirmed before payment.
Students should contact Language Monk quickly if there is a billing issue, duplicate payment, scheduling problem, or concern about the service.
